Invitation: Food for the climate – shaping the future with the Planetary Health Diet
How can we use our diet to not only improve our own health, but also contribute to climate protection? The Planetary Health Diet provides answers to this question.
In an interactive lecture, you will learn about the concept of this sustainable diet, find out about its origins and understand its benefits for the climate and health. In addition, the recommendations will be compared with the nutritional recommendations of the German Nutrition Society (DGE) – exciting for anyone who wants to reflect on their everyday eating habits and make them more sustainable.
