If the item you are looking for is not available in ZB MED`s holdings, you can either suggest that we purchase it or submit an inter-library loan request on ZB MED or an DigiBibi.
We also provide information in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

You also have the possibility to be advised in a one-to-one zoom meeting. In conversation, via chat or by sharing screen content, we can answer your questions and topics in a targeted and individual way. Above all, the possibility of screen sharing makes it easier to point out individual explanations and search steps, which often cannot be explained adequately by telephone or e-mail. You will receive useful information and tips on questions such as:
- Library services and holdings of the ZB MED
- Searches in LIVIVO and other databases
- Access to electronic media of ZB MED
