Appointments for the ZB MED lending desk
After making an appointment, the following lending services are available again at the Cologne site:
- Collection of pre-ordered media
- Picking up your library card
The media are issued contactless, without entering the library. Please have your library card ready to pick up the media and your identity card ready to pick up your library card. All orders (media from the stacks and reading room) must be received the day before. You can find an overview of all currently applicable regulations during the COVID-19 pandemic here.
The library card can only be issued if it has been applied for in advance. All information on applying for a library card can be found here.
From 18.01.2021 the following opening hours of the lending service will apply:
- Monday - Friday 10:00-17:00.
Media can be returned during opening hours. Items can only be returned via the return box, which is positioned on the left in front of the entrance.
The reminder procedure is suspended until 28.02.2021. Payment of outstanding reminder fees is currently not possible.
All loan periods of media already borrowed will be extended until the end of March. It is not possible to renew reserved media.
