Der Online-Seminartag der Fastenausbildung zum/zur Fastenberaterin bietet eine praxisorientierte medizinische Fortbildung mit Vorträgen, Workshops und interaktiven Fallbeispielen. Im Fokus stehen Themen wie therapeutisches Fasten, Ernährungsmedizin und Beratungskompetenz. Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Ärztinnen, Ernährungsfachkräfte und Apotheker*innen mit Interesse an evidenzbasierter Fastenbegleitung. Ergänzend werden vorbereitende Inhalte über eine E-Learning-Plattform bereitgestellt.
