Die 5. Rostocker Podiumsdiskussion widmet sich der Versorgung von Menschen mit chronischen Wunden vor dem Hintergrund demografischer Veränderungen und zunehmender altersbedingter Erkrankungen. Im Fokus stehen eine prozessorientierte, interprofessionelle und transsektorale Versorgung, die Abklärung des arteriellen und venösen Gefäßstatus sowie die fachgerechte Entstauung. Das Programm vermittelt sowohl Fachwissen als auch praktische Informationen zur Kompressionstherapie und zu verschiedenen Materialien.
