Knowledge creates benefit - under this motto, the internationally renowned Hogrefe Verlag publishes journals, books and tests in the fields of psychology, psychotherapy and psychiatry. In the 1980s, the family-owned company expanded these disciplines to include nursing, health care and medicine, among others, through the incorporation of Hans Huber Verlag.

ZB MED now provides eight journal titles from Hogrefe Verlag in remote access for registered users. The titles cover a wide range of topics from diagnostics, suicidality, addiction, childhood and geropsychology, clinical psychology and neuropsychology.

Like all journals that are available via remote access, you can find them in the Electronic Journals Library (EZB) recognisable by the notice: "In the reading rooms of ZB MED and via remote access for registered ZB MED users". If you already have a valid ZB MED user card, you can log in to remote access with your data. If you do not yet have a ZB MED user card and your place of residence is in Germany, you can apply for a so-called virtual card by e-mail, which we will issue to you promptly and without charge. The card gives you access to the entire range of services offered by the ZB MED remote access.
