Cooperation between AMBOSS and ZB MED facilitates access to medical literature for students and physicians

The nationwide event will take place for the first time on 4 April 2025. Under the motto ‘Knowledge. Share. Discover.’ over 1,600 libraries throughout Germany will open their doors. 

ZB MED – Information Centre for Life Sciences offers free remote access to Embase. This service provides researchers in Germany with a valuable resource for pharmaceutical, medical, and evidence-based research.

The course will begin in September 2025 and applications can be submitted from now until 28 April 2025. Scholarships from the Ministry of Culture and Science (MKW) are once again available this year for applicants from NRW.

ZB MED is involved in the SeDOA consortium together with 15 scientific institutions for ‘scholar-led’ and ‘scholar-owned’ publishing.
