Fachliche Schwerpunkte: 

Am Dienstag, 26. Jänner 2010 finden folgende Fachtage statt: Ackerbautag, Milchviehtag, Schafe- und Ziegentag, Schweinetag, Vielfaltertag, Bäuerinnen- und Bauerntag.  Am Mittwoch, 27. Jänner 2010 sind die Schwerpunkte der BIO AUSTRIA-Bauerntage: Imkertag, Kartoffeltag, Tag der Gemüsezüchtung, Tag des bio-dynamischen Landbaus. Bei den Fachtagen werden aktuelle Fachthemen der Erzeugung behandelt, es gibt Raum und Zeit für einen intensiven Erfahrungsaustausch mit Berufskollegen. Die ReferentInnen sind namhafte Praktiker, Berater und Wissenschaftler aus dem In- und Ausland.
