Die Eröffnung findet am 20.01.2021 mit Start der neuen QoCC-Academy statt. Damit beginnt eine mehrwöchige Lernreise, die im eigentlichen Onlinekongress am 18./19.02.2021 endet. Das beinhaltet Tutorials und Posterwalks während der Lernreise sowie Vorträge, Diskussionen, Interviews, Impulsen und einem Symposium für Patient*innen während des Onlinekongresses.
