This conference focuses on the molecular mechanisms at the convergence of immunology and DNA damage and their uses in cancer treatment. Topics to be covered include DNA repair mechanisms, immune response, and evasion; alterations in DNA repair and neoantigens; immunotherapy and genomic alterations; AI in cancer diagnostics and therapeutics; using the DNA damage response to find therapeutic vulnerabilities; combining targeted DNA repair pathways with immune modulation; and synthetic lethality. Keynote speakers include Alan D. D’Andrea (Dana-Faber Cancer Institute), Fabrizio D’Adda di Fagagna (IFOM, Milan), Karlene Cimprich (Stanford University), and Serena Nik-Zainal (University of Cambridge).
