The 2026 Annual Congress of the European Association for Cancer Research (EACR 2026) is a four-day congress dedicated to basic, preclinical, and translational cancer research. EACR 2026 will bring together the cancer research community to inspire innovation and build knowledge, connections, and collaborations.


It will highlight the latest science being conducted in various cancer research fields including cancer prevention, initiation and evolution, immunology and immunotherapies, genomics, metastasis, tumour heterogeneity, spatial tumour biology, the tumour micro- and macroenvironments, and more.


The wide-ranging scientific programme is complemented by Meet the Expert, Meet the Journal Editors, and Meet the Research Centre Directors sessions, plus industry symposia, and Career Discovery roundtables.


Deadlines: Abstract submissions open: 01 December 2025

Abstract submission deadline: 04 March 2026

Registration opens: 07 January 2026

Early-rate registration deadline: 21 April 2026

Regular rate registration deadline: 18 May 2026 (late and onsite registration available)
