Conference details
Cancer Genomics, Multiomics, and Computational Biology
Conference Officer: Chris Iliffe (christopher.iliffe@eacr.org)
The 7th edition of this extremely popular conference topic will be held in Essen, Germany on 12-14 May 2026. It will showcase the latest breakthroughs in cancer genomics, multiomics, and computational biology, covering topics including machine learning and artificial intelligence, single-cell and spatial analysis of cancers, cell plasticity, cancer immune genomics, data integration and convergence, epigenetics, and genomic instability.
Building on the strong reputation of previous meetings, this refreshed conference embraces the full breadth of innovation transforming the field. It will be relevant a wide range of researchers, specifically those working in cancer genomics, spatial biology, systems biology, bioinformatics, machine learning, cancer medicine, translational research, epigenomics, cancer immunology, and molecular pathology.
If your work centres on any of the topics mentioned above, you may be able to present it at our conference! Submit an abstract by 16 March 2026 for a chance to have your work featured as a Proffered Paper or in a Flash Talk presentation! Participant registration closes on 13 April 2026.
