Motto "Vielfalt schmeckt"; Aktionstage Ökolandbau "sind traditionell ein bunter Mix von kleinen und großen Veranstaltungen wie Hoffesten und Ökomärkten, Probier-Aktionen im Handel oder Werbeaktionen in der Außerhausverpflegung sowie zusätzlichen Maßnahmen, beispielsweise Wettbewerben, Exkursionen, Tagungen und vielem anderen mehr innerhalb eines begrenzten Zeitraumes. Ansatz der Aktionstage ist es, Infotainment zu betreiben und mit "Spaß, Genuss und Fantasie" für den ökologischen Landbau und seine Produkte zu werben.
