Die Akademie für Kinderchirurgie 2026, Dresden, wird sich mit kinderchirurgischen Krankheits­bildern an Kopf, Hals und Mediastinum von Kindern auseinandersetzen. Hierzu gehört unter anderem die Versorgung von Patienten mit Hydrozephalus oder Kraniosynostosen, und es wird auf die Schilddrüsen-Chirurgie bei Kindern und Jugendlichen eingegangen. Darüber hinaus wird minimal-invasive Chirurgie an Ösophagus und Lunge bei Kindern und insbesondere Neugeborenen einer der inhaltlichen Schwerpunkte sein.
