Dieses Diskussionsforum steht unter dem Motto „Wie können wir die Sicherheit in Phase I Studien noch weiter verbessern“? Grundlagen hierzu sind die Betrachtung der „lessons learned“ aus den Vorkommnissen in Frankreich mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf Pharmakologie, Toxikologie, Studiendesign und der praktischen Umsetzung von integrierten Protokollen.

In diesem Zusammenhang wird das Concept Paper on the Revision of the ‘Guideline on strategies to identify and mitigate risks for first-in-human clinical trials with

investigational medicinal products’ (EMEA/CHMP/SWP/28367/07) näher beleuchtet.

Ein weiterer Fokus der Diskussion wird auf dem Informati-onsfluss innerhalb einer klinischen Prüfung liegen.

Wir laden Sie herzlich ein zu einer intensiven Debatte, welche Empfehlungen wir in die Revision der EMA FIH Guideline einbringen wollen, die für Ende 2016 zur
