Wheelchair users can access all the floors of ZB MED's Cologne site. Please go to the lending desk and be ready to leave some form of identification in exchange for the keycard or key which you will need:
- to access the cloakroom in the basement (lift requires a keycard);
- to access the top floor of the LFI building (lift requires a key).
All the other floors can be reached without any special access arrangements.
Disabled toilets are available on the ground, first and second floors of the main building (key available from the lending desk).
