This course has been designed to familiarise young radiologists with
the established approaches and most recent achievements in diagnostic imaging related to breast diseases. Internationally renowned European experts ensure a high quality teaching programme combining lectures and interactive case discussions.

Learning objectives
• to refresh knowledge on the clinical role of mammography, ultrasonography
and MRI in detection and diagnosis of breast diseases
• to identify the techniques in mammography, ultrasonography and MRI to produce examinations in keeping with recommended quality standards
• to optimize perception skills at detecting breast malignancy in
mammography, ultrasonography and MRI
• to apply the BI-RADS® assessment categories to mammography, ultrasonography and MRI
• to use different breast imaging interventional techniques effectively
