Systemisches Arbeiten in der Psychoonkologie

Die psychoonkologische Arbeit erfordert nicht nur den sensiblen Umgang mit existenziellen Belastungen, sondern oft auch eine präzise Selbstverortung zwischen unterschiedlichen Anliegen (Patient, Angehöriger, Auftrag gebende Institution). Die Systemische Psychologie bietet hier Entlastung. Systemische Interventionen haben sich seit Jahren bewährt. Schwerpunkte des Seminars sind:

  • Einführung in den Konstruktivismus
  • Systemische Interventionstechniken
  • Reflektierendes Team
  • Abschlusskommentar
  • Zirkuläres und reflexives Fragen
  • Wunderfrage und Skalierung
  • Externalisieren
