"Der Getränkemarkt lebt mehr als andere Food-Segmente in starkem Maße von Konzepten, welche neue Rohstoffe erfordern. Über die Rohstoffe von Getränken wird zwar viel gesprochen, es fehlt jedoch ein aktueller ganzheitlicher Blickwinkel hinsichtlich des Einsatzes im Getränkebereich. Der Workshop wird die aktuellen Chancen beleuchten und ist somit für technisch und marktorientierte Führungs- und Fachkräfte ein Grund stein für erfolgreiche Getränke am Markt."
