Endoskopische Resektionen werden immer häufiger z ur A btragung

von Läsionen im Verdauungstrakt eingesetzt. Neben

der endoskopischen Mukosaresektion(EMR) hat sich hierbei

die endoskopische Submukosa Dissektion (ESD) in den letzten

Jahren etabliert. Nach einer theoretischen Einführung in

das Thema haben Sie die Möglichkeit, die Techniken in Kleingruppen

zu trainieren. Hierbei werden Sie durch versierte Experten

geleitet und unterstützt. Das ausgiebige Training an

technischen und an Patientenersatzmodellen steht im Mittelpunkt

des Seminars. Darüber hinaus stellt das Komplikationsmanagement

im Rahmen de ESD (Koagulation, Clip, Argon-

Plasma-Koagulation) einen weiteren Fokus dar.
