Es werden wieder rund 800 KongressteilnehmerInnen aus allen Gesundheitsberufen erwartet. Schirmherrin Barbara Klepsch, Sächsische Staatsministerin für Soziales und Verbraucherschutz, eröffnet den Kongress mit einem Grußwort. Traditionell gibt es neben interprofessionellen Schwerpunktthemen auch zahlreiche Module für die einzelnen Berufsgruppen: Medizin, Pflege, Notfallrettung, MFA sowie erstmals auch Logopädie, Physiotherapie und Hebammenwesen! Am 5. April findet außerdem unter dem Namen Generation NOW ein Kongress für Auszubildende und Studierende statt.


Im Rahmen des Kongresses verleiht der Springer Medizin Verlag unter der Schirmherrschaft des Sächsischen Staatsministeriums für Soziales und Verbraucherschutz erstmals den Innovationspreis für interprofessionelle Projekte im Gesundheitswesen.
