Für den 5. Nachsorgekongress konnten hervorragende Referenten gewonnen werden, die unter den Aspekten der Wirksamkeit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Machbarkeit die Teilha­bemöglichkeiten von schädelhirnverletzen Menschen aufzeigen. Praktiker aus euro­päischen Nachbarländern werden internationale Modelle vorstellen. Es wird erör­tert, welche Ansätze – auch unter Kostenaspekten – umgesetzt werden können. In Workshops werden die Themenbereiche Lebenswirklichkeit und Lebensqualität, Phase E (Teilhabemanagement) und Persönliches Budget diskutiert.
