Seit 1982 findet diese Klausurtagung jährlich (vormals in Seeheim) statt.

Sie orientiert sich vordergründig an der Weiterbildung von Assistenten in der Neurochirurgie. In einem Zyklus von 5 Veranstaltungen werden den Teilnehmern die wesentlichen Inhalte des gesamten Spektrums der Neurochirurgie durch ausgewiesene Spezialisten nahegebracht. Entsprechend gestaltet sich die Themenwahl – meist jeweils ein großes Themengebiet verbunden mit ein bis zwei kleineren Gebieten.
