Full Service

We can track down and supply you with literature from national and international providers in virtually any subject area and publication format. This service is available to commercial customers, businesses, private individuals and members/affiliates of public institutions.

Tell us what you are looking for!

Simply send us your search query, making sure to include the following details:

• Your Full Service customer number (if you already have one)
• Title, author's name, journal/book title, year of publication, volume, issue/supplement, page numbers
• Your preferred method of delivery (fax or post)
• In case we need to contact you: your name, postal address, e-mail address and phone number

Don't worry if some of the book/article details are missing – we will do our best to track them down!

For copyright reasons, items can only be delivered by e-mail in exceptional cases after prior consultation.

Pricing

For our Full Service, we will bill you the cost of getting hold of the item plus a charge of at least 9 euros for delivering a copy.

If the total cost of an order exceeds the sum of 50 euros, we will contact you to find out if you wish us to continue our efforts to acquire the item.

Postal charges

• 3.10 euros for items posted to European countries outside Germany.
• 10 euros for items posted to countries outside Europe.
