Publication Agreement and Declaration of Consent

To publish a document on our document server ElliNET, we need in case of first publication a

• Publication Agreement

In case of secondary publication a "Declaration of Consent" is neccessary.

Please sent the filled out and signed form to the corresponding address:

• Declaration of Consent for the fields Nutrition, Environment, Agriculture
• Declaration of Consent for the fields Medicine, Health

2. Uploading your electronic document

You can upload your document yourself to our server ElliNET. See further information under "Help on uploading electronic documents".

Alternatively we will be happy to carry out the uploading of your document.
Please send us the file (pdf-format) by e-mail or on a data carrier or state a URL where we can find the document for download.
