Copyright policy

Documents in ElliNET – including any associated data such as images, graphics, multimedia data, etc. – are protected by copyright. The authors of the respective documents are responsible for their content.

All documents that are made available in an electronic format over data networks are fully protected by German Copyright Law (UrhG).


We particularly wish to emphasise the following points:
Copies (e.g. electronic copies and printouts) may only be made for private, personal use as defined under paragraph 53 of the German Copyright Law (UrhG). Any other form of copying or dissemination of documents is prohibited unless prior written permission has been expressly granted by the author/creator.

Responsibility for adhering to all laws and statutory provisions lies with the user. The user shall be liable for any infringement of statutory provisions or misuse of copyrighted data.
