The library is easy to reach by train and bus:
From Cologne main train station (Hauptbahnhof)
- Take one of the underground lines 16 or 18 to Neumarkt
From Neumarkt
- Take tram number 9 in the direction of Sülz and exit the tram when you reach the Lindenburg/Universitätskliniken stop
- Take bus line 146 as far as the Leiblplatz stop
