Strong characters for tomorrow`s knowledge

On 26 April 2012 there will be the second national future-day for boys. After 2011 the German National Library of Medicine (ZB MED) participates again. Under the slogan "Strong characters make themselves strong for knowledge in the future" the ZB MED offers a trial day for pupils from the beginning of the eighth class. The day is organized in collaboration with the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne. In the morning there will be a theoretical part where pupils attend a lecture by Professor Tom Becker from the Institute for Information Science. In the afternoon there will be a rally in the library ZB MED Cologne. The registration takes place on the webside Boys'Day 2012, under "seek action"  with code no. 50 931 and keyword "ZB MED".
