Once you have assigned yourself to the appropriate user group, ensure that you indicate this information each time you submit an order, together with the required processing deadline and method of dispatch.

Surcharges- A surcharge of 4.00 Euro shall be charged for each unstructured order that arrives by post or fax or e-mail.
- If the customer requests an additional methods of delivery for the dispatch of the same document (e.g. e-mail plus post, or fax plus post), a surcharge of 5 Euros shall be applied.
- Deliveries to European foreign countries for customers of user group 2 and 3
Documents: 5 Euro
Books: 10 Euro - Deliveries to non-European foreign countries
Documents: 10 Euro
Books: 20.00 Euro - Expenses such as airmail, courier dispatch, insurance and telecommunication fees shall be charged separately.
For colorprints there is a surcharge of 1,00 Euro per page.
